# End User License Agreement — b3LAB Bundles

## 1. Bundle Composition and Per-Tool Licenses

A b3LAB bundle is a discounted purchase of multiple individual tool licenses. **Each tool included in a bundle is governed by its own End User License Agreement**. By purchasing a bundle, you accept the EULA of each included tool.

The individual EULAs (License Terms, Restrictions, Warranties, Limitations, Refunds, Withdrawal) **apply unchanged** to each tool received via a bundle.

## 2. License Delivery

A single Gumroad checkout delivers separate license keys / download links for each included tool. The seat counts are per tool, not pooled across tools.

## 3. Pricing and Discount

Bundle pricing is one-time, no subscription. The discount is calculated against the sum of equivalent individual licenses at the time of purchase. Pricing is subject to change for future buyers; existing licenses remain valid at the originally purchased terms.

## 4. Refunds

Refund decisions for bundle purchases are made on the bundle as a whole, not per-tool. Refunds may be considered for: bundle non-delivery, full activation failure, or accidental duplicate purchase. Partial refunds for individual tools within a working bundle are generally not granted.

## 5. EU Statutory Withdrawal

For digital products with immediate download access, the right of withdrawal expires upon download initiation of any included tool, in accordance with Art. 16 m of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (§ 356 V BGB). By initiating any tool's download, you explicitly waive the 14-day withdrawal period for the entire bundle.

## 6. Trademark Acknowledgements

b3LAB, Live Stack, Hybrid Stack, Complete, and the bundled tool names (PortalOFX+, b3WebCam, PulseOSC+, BatchForge+) are trademarks of Benjamin Mauz / b3LAB. The bundles are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third party. All other trademarks are property of their respective owners.

## 7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Exclusive jurisdiction: Esslingen am Neckar, Germany, to the extent permitted by mandatory law.

## 8. Severability and Entire Agreement

Standard severability clause. This Agreement, together with the individual per-tool EULAs of the included products, constitutes the entire agreement regarding the bundle.
